Herpetic Dendritic Ulcer

AFTER CATARACT

It is posterior capsule thickening after cataract surgery.It is more common younger age group of patients or children. It result mostly from incomplete cleaning of cortical matter or improper capsule polishing. The treatment is by non invasive Yag capsulotomy.

POSTERIOR SYNECHIA

Image shows Iris adhesion at the pupilary margin to the clear lens at 6 and 8 'o Clock. This result from inflammation of uveal tissue particularly iris in the anterior segment of eye. It present at redness of eye, pain, photophobia intolerance to light and headache.
